Athanasean Publishes Final Part of Sanasaryan's Criminal Case Confirming There Was a Hit-and-Run

Attorney Tigran Athanasean has made a post on his Facebook page regarding the criminal case against Danit Sanasaryan for hitting a minor with a vehicle. The post is as follows:

“The final part of the decision to terminate the criminal case against the temporarily suspended head of the RA NSS, Mr. Davit Sanasaryan, for hitting a minor with a vehicle clearly states that he hit the minor and caused moderate bodily harm. Let’s accept that it is unlikely that the child sustained such serious injuries by merely bumping into a car carelessly. I have appealed the termination decision to the Prosecutor of Yerevan today,” wrote Athanasean.

Earlier, Davit Sanasaryan had posted on his Facebook page stating that the expert examination in the child’s accident case proved his innocence, and therefore the criminal case was terminated. He also indicated that he did not run over the child; rather, the child had accidentally bumped into his car and fell down due to his carelessness.
