7-Year-Old Child Injured in Hit-and-Run in Tavush. Transferred to Yerevan by Helicopter, Critical Condition
On the previous day, a 7-year-old child injured in a hit-and-run was transferred by a medical helicopter to the 'Surp Astvatsmayr' Medical Center in Yerevan from the Tavush region.
This was reported on Facebook by the hospital's spokesperson Gevorg Derdzyan, who noted that the boy has multiple injuries, including cranio-cerebral injuries, fractures to the bone and base of the skull, and brain contusions. The child has undergone surgery and his condition is assessed as critical. He is currently in the intensive care unit.
