Jermuk Group Granted Construction Permits in Exchange for 5 Snow Removal Trucks: Tehmine Vardanyan
Tehmine Vardanyan, a member of the Yerevan Council from the Luys faction, revealed clear information regarding the granting of construction permits by the municipality to the Jermuk Group company in September of this year for addresses 18, 18/4, 18/5, and 18/10 on Arshakunyats Street. In exchange, the company received 5 snow removal trucks.
“Until now we had been talking about garbage trucks, but it turns out this is just the beginning. What else can we expect from you, gentlemen? Is this consistent with reality?” Vardanyan wrote on her Facebook page.
Her post continued: “The odyssey of 5 Kamaz trucks as recompense for the construction permits of 4 multi-apartment buildings raises serious questions. From now on, each construction permission will be scrutinized under a magnifying glass. Recent developments have shown that we cannot trust the elected mayor, unfortunately. On Monday, I will send an inquiry to the mayor and demand the aforementioned permits for the buildings.”
