Video: American Dwarf Couple Adopts a Boy in Armenia – FOX31 Report

A couple from Colorado, USA, has adopted a boy from an orphanage in Armenia. FOX31 has prepared a report about the couple, who shared their experiences regarding the adoption process, seeing the child for the first time, and bringing him to their home in the United States.

Brent and Kelsey Harris first saw the little boy, whom they named David, at one of Armenia's orphanages. To adopt the boy, the couple spent a significant amount of time gathering all necessary documents and waited in Armenia for the court's final decision.

Kelsey shares how emotional she felt when the child called her “mommy” for the first time. “I remember when he called me mommy for the first time, it was truly special for me,” she recounted, barely holding back tears.

All members of the Harris family are dwarfs. In their new family, little David is now referred to as Kelvin.
