Soldier Found Hanging from a Tree: Criminal Case Initiated

According to Naira Harutyunyan, the head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Investigative Committee of Armenia, on November 26, 2019, at approximately 9:00 AM, a conscript soldier of the Ministry of Defense's N military unit, Private Vahan Roberti Musheghyan, was found hanging from a tree in the territory of the Dilijan Training Center.

In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 110, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Armenia at the Sixth Garrison Investigative Department of the Military Investigative Main Directorate. An investigation is underway to ensure a comprehensive, complete, and objective study of the case.
