Armenia Secures Ninth Place at the 'Junior Eurovision 2019' Song Contest
The prestigious 'Junior Eurovision 2019' song contest, held on November 24 in the city of Gliwice, Poland, was won by Polish singer Viki Gabor with the song 'Superhero.'
Armenia's representative, 13-year-old Karina Ignatyan, performed 'Colours Of Your Dream' and secured ninth place as a result of jury and online voting. In the jury voting, Armenia received 8 points from Austria, 5 points each from France and Kazakhstan, 10 points from Russia, 6 points each from North Macedonia and Albania, 7 points each from Spain and Georgia, 3 points each from Belarus and Poland, 2 points from Malta, and 4 points each from Ukraine and Portugal. Our country awarded its 12 points to the Netherlands.
From the viewers' voting, Karina Ignatyan earned a total of 115 points.
