Multiple Vehicles Collide in Yerevan; Injured Persons Transferred to Hospital
This morning, on November 21, a chain car accident occurred in Yerevan. Around 09:30, at the intersection of Leningradian and Sebastia streets, vehicles driven by Yerevan residents collided. Those involved were: a Kia with license plate 01 NL 101 driven by 53-year-old Arsen Kh., a BMW with license plate 4428 AX driven by 24-year-old Arman B., a BMW with license plate 18 LO 216 driven by 58-year-old Arman H., a BMW with license plate 99 DO 992 driven by 31-year-old Hovhannes B., and a Mercedes with license plate 35 ZP 394 driven by 26-year-old Ara P.
According to photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan, Ara P. was transferred to the “Astghik” medical center with bodily injuries as a result of the accident. Officers from the first police battalion of the traffic police arrived at the scene. The responsible duty officer at Yerevan's Traffic Police operational management center, Arsen Karapetyan, informed the investigative division of the traffic police, and a duty team led by senior investigator Andranik Shahbazyan arrived to prepare materials on the matter.
