Cleanup in Yerevan: Sanitek Begins Collecting Trash Bins to Return to Bank
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that starting last night at 10 PM, the company Sanitek has begun collecting its trash bins in Yerevan. This action is explained as follows: "Since the Yerevan municipality unilaterally terminated the contract with Sanitek, and Sanitek's property is pledged to a bank, including trash bins, the company is gathering its property to hand it over to the bank." The aim is to ensure that the bank does not later claim that the pledged property has been abandoned.
When Sanitek was operational, its trash bins were often damaged or set on fire. Now, with the other trash collection company in Yerevan having placed its own bins and turned Sanitek's bins over, they have been left unattended and unused. The company has notified the bank representatives to come and participate in the process of collecting and handing over the trash bins.
