1990s Artillery Shell Discovered in Tegh Village of Syunik Province
On November 10, at 10:40 AM, the emergency services received information regarding the discovery of an artillery shell in a garage in Tegh village of Syunik Province. Assistance from rescue teams was deemed necessary.
A combat team from the regional firefighting and rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that the discovered object was an artillery shell from the 1990s, without a detonator.
Before the arrival of the sappers from military unit N, the rescuers secured the area. The sappers then transported the shell to military unit N. Personnel from the Goris division of the police established a duty at the site.
