Car Overturns on Araks-Armarvir Road, Injured in Critical Condition

On November 8, at 18:30, the "911" service received a call reporting that an accident had occurred on the road leading to the memorial in the village of Sardarapat in the Armavir region, near a gas station. The vehicle overturned, there was a gas leak, and there was an injured person requiring rescue assistance.

Two fire and rescue teams from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene. It was found that at the 4th km of the Araks-Armarvir road, a "Nissan Primera" (driver: Eduard S., born in 1980) had veered off the roadway and overturned.

As a result of the incident, a passenger (identity not yet determined) was transported to the Armavir Medical Center with various injuries, where doctors assessed the injured person's condition as critical.

The rescuers disconnected the vehicle's power and closed the gas cylinder valve.
