VIDEO: Pashinyan Admonishes Vahagn Vermishyan

During a government meeting regarding tax incentives for space activities, the head of the Urban Development Committee gave a positive assessment of the project.

“We need to understand who we want this country for—Indians, Pakistanis, or intellectuals,” said Vahagn Vermishyan.

“Mr. Vermishyan, I’m sorry, but that’s not a correct expression,” interrupted Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

“I apologize… I mean, for people with low educational standards, or for intellectuals?” Vermishyan attempted to clarify his statement.
