Suzuki Rolls 200 Meters in ‘Kety’ Bend, Resulting in 3 Deaths and 1 Injury
Today, on October 21, a tragic car accident occurred in the Shirak province. Around 1:00 AM, the driver of a Suzuki vehicle with license plate 36 NS 002 exited the road at the 186 km mark of the Yerevan-Gyumri-Bavra highway, in the administrative area of the village of Pokashen, famously known for the 'Kety' bends. Under still unknown circumstances, the car veered off the roadway and rolled nearly 200 meters, ending up in a ravine.
According to Shamshyan.com, three individuals were found dead outside the vehicle as a result of the incident. One person, 30-year-old Gevorg Asatryan, a resident of the village of Taperakan in Ararat province, has been hospitalized with injuries at the Gyumri Medical Center.
