Weather in Armenia to Turn Cold: Rain and Thunderstorms Expected

In the coming days, from October 20-24, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in various regions of Armenia, according to the 'Hydromet' service.

Today, rain is forecasted during the day in Shirak, Kotayk, Gegharkunik, Lori, Tavush, and the Ararat mountains, with rain expected throughout all regions tomorrow.

"The air temperature will gradually decrease by 4-5 degrees during the day on October 20-21 in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh, and by 7-8 degrees in some areas," the announcement states.

In Yerevan, no precipitation is expected from October 22-24, while brief rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in certain parts of the city on October 20-21.
