"Zhamanak": Osipyan to Become Manakh's "Akhrani" Chief

"Zhamanak" newspaper writes that former Chief of Police Valery Osipyan will soon become an "akhranik." He is preparing to travel to Moscow to assume the responsibilities of the chief of the custodial service of Manakh, under the patronage of Armen Ginosyan.

According to our sources, Manakh has promised Osipyan a respectable salary of $10,000 to $15,000 per month.
