Fire Breaks Out in a Home in Kapan

Emergency services received a call on October 16 at 08:16 reporting a fire in one of the houses on Grigor Arzumanyan Street in Kapan, Syunik Province.

Two firefighting crews from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations traveled to the scene. It was found that the fire had begun in the kitchen of a house on the second alley of Grigor Arzumanyan Street. The fire was contained at 08:55 and extinguished at 09:00.

The kitchen and a storeroom, covering approximately 20 square meters, burned as a result of the fire. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.
