Vladimir Karapetyan Approaches Protesters near Baghramyan 26
Citizens gathered in front of Baghramyan 26 protested to the spokesperson of the Prime Minister, Vladimir Karapetyan, stating that police officers were not allowing them to stay near Baghramyan 26 and instead told them to move to the opposite sidewalk. The Prime Minister's spokesperson responded that this is what the law prescribes.
When asked how many environmentalists are currently participating in the discussions regarding Amulsar with the Prime Minister, he said, “I find it difficult to say, but I believe about 10 environmentalists, representatives from various organizations, are participating. I think we will definitely provide the material, and you will be fully acquainted with the Prime Minister's statement,” he noted, adding that the participation of the media was not planned in advance.
It is noteworthy that there is currently a meeting ongoing with the Prime Minister regarding the Amulsar issue in parallel with the protest action.
