Initially, Sanitek Did Not Fulfill Its Contractual Obligations: Hovsep Kubatyan

The head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Yerevan City Hall, Hovsep Kubatyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Sanitek's trash bins were supposed to be metal. Sanitek showed some video at today’s press conference about how the bin was being burned. In the photo, part of one of the contracts with Sanitek clearly shows that their containers were supposed to be metal. From the very beginning, this company has not fulfilled its contractual obligations, yet it complains that the trash bins are being burned or are deteriorating too quickly. Let's set aside how Sanitek managed to violate such a key point of the contract. Statements that have no relation to reality were made throughout the press conference, which Mayor Hayk Marutyan will address in detail during a live broadcast on 1in.am this evening at 20:30."
