VIDEO: When do you plan to return the 840,000 dram bonus? Sona Aghakeyan puts Marutyan's photo on trash bins

Former Yerevan City Council member Sona Aghakeyan today, July 22, is attaching a pre-election photo of Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan to trash bins accumulated with waste across various neighborhoods of the capital.

Since this morning, she has been touring different districts and showcasing the piled-up garbage through a live broadcast on her Facebook page, addressing the mayor: “The head of the communal department received an 840,000 dram bonus. When are you planning to return that money to our community budget? We will buy trash bins and install them in exactly these areas.”

Aghakeyan noted that, particularly in the Lepsius neighborhood, there is a scarcity of trash bins: “Having one bin for several high-rise buildings is very insufficient.”
