Incredible Lines at The Bagratashen Customs Point, Claims LHK MP

Armen Yeghiazaryan, a member of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction in the Parliament, addressed the queues at the Bagratashen customs point on his Facebook page and published photographs from the scene.

He specifically wrote: 'I am currently at the Bagratashen customs point and am witnessing the incredible lines that citizens have repeatedly raised concerns about. This concerns those engaged in freight transportation and vehicle importers, who are served by only 4 employees. This is a serious problem and it is unacceptable for Armenia to have such a work style at this crucial customs point. People are forced to wait for hours to process standard documents, sometimes up to 4, 5, 6 hours, or even longer.'
