34-Year-Old Man Commits Suicide in Front of His Children in Zovuni

On July 21, a horrific incident occurred in the Kotayk region. A citizen who called 1-03 reported that a man had jumped from one of the buildings in the village of Zovuni into the yard below. The emergency medical team that arrived at the scene immediately transported the man to the hospital. He was found unconscious but showed signs of life.

Doctors at the Armenia Medical Center's resuscitation department fought for several hours to save the man's life; however, their efforts were unsuccessful. The man passed away without regaining consciousness.

According to Sputnik Armenia, the deceased man was 34 years old, married, and had two minor children. He jumped from the fifth floor of his apartment while his children were present. It is reported in Zovuni that this was not the first time he had attempted to end his life for various reasons. Law enforcement is investigating the reasons behind this extreme action.
