Kubatyan: They Haven't Noticed That the Café Occupies 10 Times More Space
Yerevan City Hall's Director of Information and Public Relations, Hovsep Kubatyan, posted on his Facebook page:
* This is the beloved "Aznavour" café, located on Nairi Zaryan Street. According to the contract, it was supposed to occupy about 100 square meters, but in reality, it takes up around 1000 square meters.*
* According to the same contract, the operator pays about 20,000 drams annually for the lease of this land.*
* The second photo shows the balcony of the Arabkir administrative district head's office, which overlooks the café. Yet, until now, none of the district heads seem to have noticed that the café occupies nearly 10 times more space right under their noses, by the way, at the expense of the park.*
