Fight Involving Arsen Julfalakyan in Yerevan
On May 5, a fight occurred in Yerevan. At around 17:40, a call was received at the central police station from the Erebuni Medical Center, reporting that an individual had been transported to the hospital with a diagnosis of "soft tissue laceration to the left frontal region" by an emergency medical team.
According to Shamshyan.com, police determined that the injured person was 63-year-old Sergey Mikityan, a resident of Pushkin Street in Yerevan. It was found that earlier that day, around 15:00, there had been a dispute near the entrance of the underground parking lot at building 60 on Pushkin Street between Mikityan and two residents of Yerevan, 32-year-old Arsen Julfalakyan and 55-year-old Levon Julfalakyan. According to Mikityan's report, the two individuals struck him with their hands and feet.
According to information from Shamshyan, several hours later, following explanatory work by the police, A. and L. Julfalakyan voluntarily presented themselves at the central police station and provided explanations to the investigator of the investigation department regarding the incident.
It has been revealed that L. and A. Julfalakyan are father and son, and A. Julfalakyan is a member of the National Assembly of Armenia from the 'My Step' faction.
Aurora News attempted to contact Mr. Julfalakyan to clarify the details of the incident but was unsuccessful.
