The Number of Ministries Will Be Reduced: The Bill Passed
The National Assembly approved the bill on the restructuring of the government with a vote of 71 in favor and 40 against.
According to the bill, the number of ministries will be reduced from 17 to 12. The number of deputy prime ministers will also decrease from 3 to 2.
Thus, according to the changes, the list of ministries is as follows:
- Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs,
- Ministry of Health,
- Ministry of Justice,
- Ministry of Emergency Situations,
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
- Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport,
- Ministry of Environment,
- Ministry of Defense,
- Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures,
- Ministry of High Technology Industry,
- Ministry of Economy,
- Ministry of Finance.
According to the proposed changes, government sessions will be held not only partially but also fully open to the public.
