Snow, Rain, Blizzard: Weather Conditions in Armenia

On March 29-30, heavy snowfall is expected in Shirak, Lori, Tavush, Gegharkunik, as well as in the mountainous areas of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, and the foothills of Syunik and Artsakh, with blizzards and reduced horizontal visibility in some areas.

On March 31, the intensity of the cyclone will weaken, but precipitation will continue.

Throughout the Republic, from March 29 to April 2, intermittent precipitation is expected, with snow in mountainous and pre-mountainous regions, and rain in the valley areas.

The wind will be north-west at 3-8 m/s.

The air temperature during the day on March 29-30 will drop by 7-10 degrees.
