Vanechyan Solves Job Issue for Bajanal Garegine Baghramyan

The newspaper Zhakhank reports: "As the law on the restructuring of government has been sent to parliament, and it is clear that the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources will be dissolved, the director of the NSS, Arthur Vanechyan, has taken care of his 'bajanal' Garegin Baghramyan's new job issue.

He will be appointed as the chairman of the Public Services Regulatory Commission.

The actual head of the commission is Mikael Soghomonyan, the brother of Robert Kocharyan's office manager Viktor Soghomonyan, who will remain as the deputy chairman of the commission.

The good news in all this is that no relative of a high-ranking official will be left unemployed."
