On the night of March 3, Narik Malyan was questioned and recognized as a victim in the incident that occurred on Amiryan Street. Additionally, members of 'Restart', Davit Petrosyan and Davit Simonian, were also interrogated, and restraining measures were imposed on them.

This information was provided by Arevik Khachatryan, the head of the Public Relations Department of the Republic of Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office, in response to a question from Tert.am regarding the progress of the case.

“Davit Petrosyan and Davit Simonian were interrogated yesterday, and a restraining measure in the form of a travel ban was imposed on them due to suspected group abduction,” said Khachatryan.

It should be noted that a criminal case has been initiated under Article 258, Part 3, Point 1 of the RA Criminal Code concerning the incident.
