The term 'preparation of a peaceful atmosphere' in Artsakh concerns me - N. Zohrabyan

To be honest, I do not understand who this is addressed to and why such a formulation is included in the program of the Armenian government. This was stated by Naira Zohrabyan, a member of the 'Prosperous Armenia' faction, during a conversation with reporters today.

Zohrabyan added, 'In the section of the program related to foreign policy, particularly regarding Nagorno-Karabakh, another statement troubled me: to create a peaceful atmosphere and exclude aggressive rhetoric.'
