It has been reported that this demand was raised during a recent visit to Minsk by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. According to Ukraine's foreign intelligence service, "While the official discussions were focused on trade and investment, Tehran is secretly seeking support for its defense needs."
