Opposition Political Forces Refuse to Attend Artsakh National Assembly Session
The first session of the 7th convocation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh has started. According to an Armenpress correspondent, David Ishkhanyan, a member of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation bloc, announced that three opposition political forces will not participate in the session.
Subsequently, the agenda for the session was approved with a vote of 25 in favor. Included in the agenda was the voting for selecting a judge for the Republic of Artsakh's Court of Appeals. However, after a declared break, Gagik Bagunts announced that due to the refusal of MPs David Ishkhanyan, Metakse Hakobyan, and Gegham Stepanyan to participate in the counting commission's work, the commission lacked a quorum, and therefore the voting is postponed.
