Bonuses Will Be Distributed Equally Among HEC Employees: Romanos Petrosyan

The management of HEC and the directors of its branches did not receive bonuses for the month of July, resulting in approximately 20 million AMD in additional savings within the company's salary fund. This was stated by the interim manager of HEC, Romanos Petrosyan.

“These funds will be distributed equally among about 1,000 employees of HEC as an additional bonus by a special order from the interim manager of HEC, whose salary for the month of July (salary + bonus) does not exceed 200,000 AMD (including taxes). As a result, their compensation for that month will increase by an additional 10-15%. This group includes hundreds of supervisors, technicians, assemblers, locksmiths, workers, drivers, and other specialists, totaling 947 individuals.
