Chairman of the State Duma Discusses Bill to Revoke Russian Citizenship
The Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Volodin, has announced that the bill to revoke Russian citizenship will be supplemented with grounds from the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, including murder, various types of indecent acts against minors, rape, and organizing illegal migration.
He disclosed this information in a message posted on his Telegram channel. Volodin stated, "Today, we discussed possible articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation with the deputies of the State Duma, which provide additional grounds for revoking Russian citizenship under 9 more articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation."
