After Being Deceived Once, Iran is Now Extra Cautious: Araqchi on Negotiations with the US
“Iran remains interested in diplomacy, but we have compelling reasons to doubt the continuation of further dialogue. If there is a desire to resolve this issue amicably, then the United States must show genuine willingness for a fair agreement. Washington must also understand that its actions in recent weeks have changed the situation,” wrote Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
Araqchi stated that “after being deceived once, Iran is now extra cautious.”
“Will the US finally choose diplomacy? Or will it remain embroiled in someone else's war?” Araqchi concluded.
