Nikol Pashinyan Sends Messages to Vladimir Putin and Mikhail Mishustin

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent congratulatory messages to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, and the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mishustin, on the occasion of Russia Day.
