Global Oil Prices Accelerate Decline

Global oil prices have accelerated their decline today, dropping by an average of up to 2 percent. The price of Brent crude oil has fallen below $76 per barrel for the first time since July 6, according to trading data. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.

As of 18:05 Yerevan time, the price of February futures for Brent crude has decreased by 1.81 percent, reaching $75.80 per barrel, marking the first time it has dipped below $76 since the beginning of July. Meanwhile, January futures for WTI crude oil have dropped by 2.18 percent, now at $70.74.
