Prigozhin's Plane Crash Could Be 'Deliberate': Peskov
The investigation into the crash of the private jet of Yevgeny Prigozhin, the founder of the Wagner private military company, has yet to draw conclusions, but one of the hypotheses being considered includes 'deliberate wrongdoing'. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.
'It is clear that there are various hypotheses being discussed, including the one about, you know, deliberate wrongdoing, and so on,' said the Kremlin spokesman.
At the same time, Peskov urged to await the results of the investigation conducted by the Russian Investigative Committee.
It is worth noting that Prigozhin's business jet crashed in the Tver region on the evening of August 23 while flying from Moscow to St. Petersburg. The Russian Investigative Committee has announced that three crew members and ten passengers who died in the crash have been identified, including Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Wagner private military company.
