Putin Must Choose, It's Time to Make a Decision: Tigran Petrosyan
The Chairman of the Anti-Crisis Council of the President of Artsakh, Tigran Petrosyan, has stated that Russia, which is a party to the trilateral agreement, must fulfill its obligations.
“Russia is a party to the trilateral agreement of November 9, 2020, not a mediator. It must either fulfill its obligations by ensuring safe movement through the Lachin Corridor or declare that it is unable to fulfill its obligations and appeal to the international community. Otherwise, Russia will lose all of the South Caucasus. Putin must choose, it is time to make a decision...,” Petrosyan wrote on his Facebook page.
