Before Washington Talks, Azerbaijan Hardens Rhetoric: Hayrapetyan

An expert on Azerbaijani affairs and former parliament member Tatevik Hayrapetyan made a post on her Facebook page noting that Baku's autocrat Ilham Aliyev has made yet another aggressive speech today.

"I will present the main points of the speech shortly. One thing is clear: ahead of the Washington negotiations, Azerbaijan is hardening its rhetoric. All of this is happening in response to Prime Minister Pashinyan's logic of 'Let’s give away Artsakh quickly so we can live in peace.'
