Gyumri Police Fines Us, Says Hrachya Sargsyan

Gyumri police have fined us, stated Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan during a regular executive meeting of the Yerevan City Hall.

“We have issues with the technical maintenance of our vehicles; I don't know which vehicle it is, the police have fined us. Understand why this is happening, why we are not able to resolve it. They told us in Gyumri that they are working on it, but I don’t know about Yerevan,” said the mayor.

He instructed that reports be provided each week on how many vehicles have been fined. The officials noted that there is also a legislative issue, and they will work with the legal department to present a project to the Government.
