Why Samvel Babayan Left the Commission Investigating the Circumstances of the 44-Day War
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "For nearly ten days now, former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Samvel Babayan, has not participated in the activities of the investigative commission examining the circumstances of the 44-day war, where he was involved as a military expert and representative of extra-parliamentary forces. The reasons for Babayan's departure are unknown even to the commission's governmental members, with one of them stating that Babayan had previously shown much interest in working within the commission."
