Court Sanction Imposed: Fines for Robert Kocharyan's Defenders

The judge of the Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction, Anna Danibekyan, presiding over case number EД/0253/01/19, has decided to impose fines on former Armenian president Robert Kocharyan's defenders, Hovhannes Khudoyan and Hayk Alumyan, each amounting to 50,000 AMD.

The judicial act regarding the imposition of the sanction was published shortly ago. It should be noted that this judicial act is subject to appeal in a higher court.

The next court session is scheduled for February 22.
