Aliyev Calls It 'Unfair' That Armenia Will Receive More Support
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has described it as 'unfair' that the European Union plans to provide $2.6 billion in aid to Armenia, while Azerbaijan's equivalent support will amount to only $140 million.
'The difference is nearly 20 times. Is that fair? Does it reflect the real needs of the two countries?' Aliyev said in an interview with the Italian publication İl Sole 24 Ore.
