Russia Takes Its Commitments Seriously, Says Russian Foreign Ministry
The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commented today on the bilateral agreement between Armenia and Russia from 1997 and the mechanisms of the CSTO, stating that Russia takes its commitments seriously, both bilaterally and multilaterally.
"Relevant consultations are being conducted in the bilateral direction. As for the CSTO, according to our information, they are closely monitoring the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border," said Zakharova.
