Tsarukyan Warned in Advance: 'Fact'
The daily newspaper 'Fact' reports: 'The recently circulated information that state-funded medical assistance for certain categories is being suspended until the beginning of next year can be considered simply scandalous. This was confirmed by the Minister of Health during one of his briefings.
Experts actually evaluate this as another evidence of the collapse of the healthcare system, about which the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party, Gagik Tsarukyan, had warned even before the snap parliamentary elections. Specifically, he mentioned in Gavarr: 'I see that the state order is not justified, it is not fully effective; let them change it in the form of certificates so that people can go to the hospital with dignity, not hang their heads in shame.' This suggestion could have avoided the anticipated issues within the state order system that we are currently facing.
In fact, months ago, Tsarukyan had clearly voiced his concerns about the emerging problem in this sector, which, however, was ignored, and today the issue is already present. Notably, the leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party has repeatedly raised concerns about the ineffective system of state order delivery in the healthcare sector, yet, as he himself likes to say, 'the speaker needs a listener.'
