On one hand, the price for Azerbaijan increases for Europe and the international community in general, while on the other hand, Russia may impose greater concessions on Armenia. It is futile for Nikol Pashinyan to think that he can persuade Putin or Miller to obtain gas at Belarusian prices.
There is a cost to that; in order to achieve it, Lukashenko will sign the 28 documents provided by Moscow in November, which essentially imply the absorption of Belarus by Russia. Is Pashinyan ready to pay that price...?"
