Prime Minister Makes Decision Regarding Rustam Badasyan
According to the decision made by Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Acting Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan will take vacation.
“Guided by Part 16 of Article 9 of the Law on Public Service of the Republic of Armenia, Part 13 of Article 10 of the Law on Regulation of Administrative Relations, and Part 1 of Article 18 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, 1. Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Rustam Badasyan is to be granted the annual minimum vacation for the 2020-2021 working year, including July 9-13, 2021. 2. During Rustam Badasyan's vacation, the duties of the Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia will be carried out by Kristinne Grigoryan, the First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia,” the government’s decision states.
