Tiran Khachatryan Files Another Lawsuit Against the President and Nikol Pashinyan
The former first deputy chief of staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Tiran Khachatryan, has filed a lawsuit against the President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, and Nikol Pashinyan.
This information has been obtained from the Judicial Information System. Tiran Khachatryan is demanding recognition of the absence of a legal relationship concerning the appointment of Arshak Karapetyan as the first deputy chief of staff of the Armenian Armed Forces.
The lawsuit has been assigned to Judge Hrach Ayvazyan.
