President Signs Prime Minister's Proposal: Hayk Chobanyan Appointed Minister
By the proposal of the Prime Minister and by the decree of the President of Armenia, Hakob Arshakyan has been relieved of his duties as Minister of High-Tech Industry.
“Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as part 1 of Article 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, HAKOB ARSHAKYAN is relieved of his position as Minister of High-Tech Industry,” states the decree.
In another proposal from the Prime Minister and another decree from the President of Armenia, Hayk Chobanyan has been appointed as Minister of High-Tech Industry.
“Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as part 1 of Article 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, HAYK CHOBANYAN is appointed as Minister of High-Tech Industry,” is mentioned in the presidential decree.
