Kremlin Considers Situation in Donbas to Be Disturbing
In Russia, where troops are being moved to the border with Ukraine, the situation along the contact line in the area of Joint Forces Operations has been described as "disturbing." This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, as reported by "RIA Novosti."
At the same time, Peskov mentioned the "provocative actions of Ukrainian military personnel—this, not just this time, but multiple times." Additionally, the Kremlin has labeled the statements from Kyiv regarding the potential presence of American troops in Ukraine as "unacceptable and inappropriate," warning that this could lead to an escalation of tensions.
Peskov further noted that "the presence of American troops in Ukraine would necessitate additional measures from Russia to ensure the security of the country."
