Armen Grigoryan Did Not Answer Whether Turkey is Our Enemy
The Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, declined to directly answer the question of whether Turkey is, in fact, an enemy of Armenia during a conversation with journalists in Yerablur.
He stated that, given the circumstances of the day, he would not respond to any questions. He also did not answer a question regarding what adjustments need to be made by Armenia, a topic he had spoken about earlier.
Journalists reminded Grigoryan that Turkey had also participated in the Artsakh war. He continued to assert that due to the current context, he would not be answering any questions at that moment, but would do so at another time, such as after a government meeting.
