Erdogan Urges EU to Accept Turkey Post-Brexit
Turkey's membership in the European Union would help bridge the gap created by the United Kingdom's exit from the EU. This was stated by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a meeting with ambassadors from EU countries in Ankara.
Erdogan also remarked that the Eastern Mediterranean should cease to be a field of competition and confrontation.
